Additional Instructions: In most pianos, the serial number will be a five, six or seven digit number. With grand pianos, remove the music desk completely to find the serial number near the tuning pins. Often, the model number will be located in the same area. With upright pianos, open the lid and the serial number should be in plain view near the tuning pins.
